Lumen will reimburse employees and spouses/domestic partners for a portion of the cost for individual fitness membership and class fees. Reimbursement is equal to 50 percent of the employee’s cost, up to a maximum of $25 per calendar month (up to $300). Reimbursement is taxable per Internal Revenue Service regulations. Workplace Possibilities℠ Program
Lumen, in partnership with our disability partner, The Standard, provides support and assistance to employees who have a medical condition that could lead to a disability and to those who have already filed a disability claim. When you participate in the Workplace Possibilities Program, you’ll work with a case manager who will assist you with pain management, medical leave logistics and will provide support with any difficulties at work that could be related to a disability.
